The Rhode island Parent Information network received $85,000 to begin a telemedicine program to help older adults in Pawtucket receive health care, the Cranston Public School District Received $135,000 to expand its STEM initiative at the Cranston Area Career & Technology Center, and the Innovation Studio received $128,000 to support its Small Business Entrepreneurship Program.

Venture Cafe Cambridge operation to transfer to the Venture Cafe Global Institute

Cambridge, MA, Sept. 17, 2021- Innovation Studio (a.k.a Venture Café Foundation), will shift responsibility for operations of the Venture Café Cambridge program to the Venture Café Global Institute (VCGI), in order to focus more on its inclusionary innovation programs throughout Greater Boston and New England. IS and VCGI will continue to collaborate on programming that grows the innovation ecosystem.

Venture Cafe & District Hall Providence operations to transition from Innovation Studio to Venture Cafe Global Institute and Cambridge Innovation Center

Innovation Studio (f.k.a Venture Café New England), the Venture Café Global Institute and Cambridge Innovation Center have agreed to shift responsibility for the operations of the Venture Café Providence Thursday Gathering program and District Hall Providence to the Venture Café Global Institute (VCGI). We expect the transition to be complete sometime between the end of September through the end of October.
