We believe that anyone with a dream and determination to be an innovator should have access to the tools and services they need. 100% of the net rental revenue generated from our venues is reinvested into our programs and mission making business ownership more equitable and attainable for all.

About THE STUDIO
THE STUDIO is Innovation Studio’s newest innovation center and meeting and event venue conveniently located in Seaport Place on the 3rd floor of the Seaport East Building in Boston. This nonprofit-operated and small business-powered venue is a creatively designed innovation center offering meeting rooms, conference and event spaces, and private office space for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Each space is uniquely designed to inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and generate innovative ideas.
ROXBURY INNOVATION CENTER
The Roxbury Innovation Center is a community centered hub for innovation and entrepreneurship centrally located in Nubian Square on the 2nd floor of the Bruce c. Boiling Building. This space can accommodate up to 60 people and offers an open lounge workspace, a versatile conference, event, and meeting room and small meeting pod.
BIZ BODEGA
The Biz Bodega provides an open workspace that can be converted to a training or meeting space and a private conference room. The work and meeting spaces are free to the small business and entrepreneurial community. Those outside of the small business and entrepreneurial ecosystem can rent the space for a nominal fee. 100% of the revenue generated is used to offer free programs that improve the economic mobility for residents in zip codes 02908 and 02909.

DISTRICT HALL BOSTON
Innovation Studio was the manager and operator of District Hall Boston from 2013 to 2023. District Hall was a 8,000 8,000-square-foot innovation center developed by a public private partnership to inspire innovation and drive economic development in the Boston Seaport. As the manger and operator Innovation Studio facilitated event rentals and corporate meetings, engage the community by hosting events and gatherings and drove innovation, entrepreneurship and small business development with our program offerings.
