With three Pod meeting rooms of varying sizes, we have the space that is perfect for your next offsite meeting, brainstorming session, team get-together, or private call.
ASSEMBLYOur most flexible room, ideal for corporate events, conferences, special events, holiday parties and more. The room contains two acoustically-rated garage doors which allow us to adapt the space to your event needs.
LOUNGEDuring the week, the lounge operates as a free, public workspace. In the evenings and on weekends, it is available to book for cocktail receptions, networking events, pop-up shops, expos, and more.

Large Pod $140/hour
8-20 person meeting room includes power-integrated work tables and a ceiling-mounted projector
Small Pod $70/hour
1-8 person meeting room includes power-integrated work tables and a ceiling-mounted projector
20-250 person event space includes chairs and moveable walls. Individual Assembly Bay pricing varies based on event needs
50-150 event spaces includes tables, chairs, soft seating, and a bar

For events up to 450 people, many different setup configurations are available
All hourly rates are subject to an additional setup and breakdown fee. Additional fees may apply depending on event needs. As a nonprofit, we are happy to support fellow nonprofits, startups, and on-mission events with a cost reduction on the room rental. We always start by sending clients a full price quote. If you would like to be considered for a cost reduction, please follow up with your event manager after you receive an initial quote. All cost reductions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
