ASSEMBLY- CONFERENCE & MEETING SPACE
Our most flexible room, ideal for corporate events, conferences, special events, holiday parties and more. The room contains two acoustically-rated garage doors which allow us to adapt the space to your event needs.

LOUNGE- WORKSPACE
During the week, the lounge operates as a free, public workspace. In the evenings and on weekends, it is available to book for cocktail receptions, networking events, pop-up shops, expos, and more.

Our mission is to educate and connect anyone with an idea to the resources and relationships they need in order to successfully launch and grow their business. With every space you book, you make it possible for us to do just that.

The space is equipped with high-speed wireless internet, so you and your guests can stay connected at all times.

With floor outlets throughout and plenty of integrated-power worktables, you’ll always be able to plug in.
Writeable Walls
Our walls are painted with IdeaPaint, an innovative paint that transforms walls into dry-erase surfaces.
Audio and visual
Each meeting space is equipped with a projector, Bose sound system, and wireless handheld microphones. Polycomms or webcams are available upon request.
Flexible space
Almost all of our furniture (and even some of our walls) are moveable and the layout of the space fosters collaboration, connection, and conversation.
Onsite Catering
Briar Events provides high-quality catering for all of our events in partnership with our onsite restaurant, Gather.

For events up to 450 people, many different setup configurations are available
All hourly rates are subject to an additional setup and breakdown fee. Additional fees may apply depending on event needs. As a nonprofit, we are happy to support fellow nonprofits and on-mission events with a cost reduction on the room rental. We always start by sending clients a full price quote. If you would like to be considered for a cost reduction, please follow up with your event manager after you receive an initial quote. All cost reductions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
