Meet Claudia Cardozo Community Development Manager (Providence, RI)

Claudia is a Community Development Manager at HarborOne Bank, helping individuals and families increase their financial capability since 2012. She is an economic development professional with over 10 years of experience assisting small businesses and non-profit organizations across Rhode Island. Ms. Cardozo serves on the board of directors of Social Enterprise Greenhouse and Chairs their Equity committee.

In 2010, Claudia was named the Minority Small Business Champion of the Year by RI Small Business Administration, and in 2013, RI Latino Public Radio recognized her with an Outstanding Achievement Award for her contributions to the Latino business community. She also received the Ronald McDonald House Community Service Award in 2014.

Claudia holds a Community Development Certificate from Roger Williams University, is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and have a Certificate of Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.

Meet Jim Dignam Relationship Banker (South Boston, MA)

Jim has broad financial industry experience with Institutional Investment, Insurance and Banking.

He has working in Boston in a variety of roles with companies including Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab and others. His objective and passion is to help individuals and small businesses achieve their financial goals.
